Buried Treasure: John Prine and Nanci Griffith, “Speed of the Sound of Loneliness”

How does so much music come from two voices and one guitar? Nanci Griffith recorded this gem of a John Prine song on her 1993 covers album, Other Voices, Other Rooms. Great duets don’t come much more effortless than this.
