Throughout his Beatles Life and his solo career I love his vocal style and his Songwriting Capability. His peace campaigning was touching too. BUT, I really don't think anybody who was not alive when all 4 were alive can make an accurate judgement. You had to be alive when they were to truly know each one's personality. Paul will win many times because more people have "seen him in action" and he has lived longer than John or George. Finally, why do I care what Jack White thinks?
