Actor Jason Segel of How I Met Your Mother and Forgetting Sarah Marshall fame made a special appearance at a gig by his new friends, The Swell Season, on Wednesday night at the Wiltern in Los Angeles.
Taking to the piano, Segel unveiled a hysterical, highly autobiographical new song.
The tune was born after Segel consulted the Swell Season’s Marketa Irglova for songwriting tips, and she told him to ” and “include as much personal information as you can.” Advice he clearly took to heart.
“Would it be wrong for me to use my celebrity status to make love to a Swell Season fan tonight?”
We’re not sure we want to know how this all panned out.
