The Presonus FaderPort is a single-fader control surface complete with transport controls that is designed to work with a variety of DAWs, including Pro Tools, Logic, Cubase, Sonar 6, and Nuendo. The FaderPort connects using USB Midi and also offers a footswitch jack for hands-free recording and punching. The single motorized fader makes volume adjustments easy (and much more intuitive than using a mouse) and writing automation for single channels or groups a breeze. Other controls on the Faderport allow users to easily select channels, and move between windows, as well as mute, solo, record arm and pan controls.
