The New York Songwriters Circle will kick off the new year, and a new decade, with a special alumni showcase on Monday, January 18 at New York City’s famous West Village venue The Bitter End. The lineup, assembled by Tina Shafer, Artistic Director of the NYSC, includes Mieka Pauley (who won the New York Songwriters Circle 3rd annual songwriting contest), Colin Smith, Lissa Farquhar, Caroline Jones, Neil Shah and The Whispering Tree.

About the New York Songwriters’ Circle:

For over 19 years, the New York Songwriters’ Circle has been producing and directing bi-monthly shows at the legendary Bitter End club, in New York City’s West Village. The Circle has launched the careers of notable artists such as Norah Jones, Jesse Harris, Lisa Loeb, Vanessa Carlton, Gavin DeGraw and Chris Barron.
