I lost touch with John Hiatt after commercial radio died and a number of other things occurred to block me from accessing great new music. Hiatt's older music has been playing in my head for several weeks now and I was blessed, through the grace of another friend, to snag two tickets to see him live next Thursday in a beautiful venue in NJ.
