Back in 2009, we featured Nashville band And The Relatives as part of our On My Deathbed series of recordings. At the time, the band’s first EP had help them gain quite a bit of recognition, both around town and nationally, and they were featured as one of Spin’s “Eight Undiscovered Bands Worth a Listen.” Currently, And The Relatives have released their first full-length debut Green Machinery (yk records/theory 8), available online for vinyl order and download.
Here’s a gorgeous homespun video for the track “Regal Son,” recorded by our friends at Tugboat Productions, featuring a bike ride around Nashville. Hijinks ensue.
