Neo-folkies Fleet Foxes will put out one of the years’ most anticipated albums, Helplessness Blues, on May 3 via Sub Pop/Bella Union. Want to be ahead of the curve? You can stream the Seattle band’s sophomore effort, in its entirety, at NPR Music.

Wilco’s Jeff Tweedy has been busy talking up his band’s upcoming eighth studio album, tentatively titled Get Well Soon Everybody and slated for a September release. The album features jammy tracks like “Art of Almost” and country-leaning numbers like “Black Moon.” “We took a little more time off the road than we normally do,” Tweedy tells Rolling Stone of the album’s origins. “Certainly, it’s been the longest break I’ve had since my twenties, and that’s been a big help, wading out that far from the comfort of the old songs.” He adds, “it’s a pretty great time for me, writing-wise.”

My Morning Jacket continue to drop new songs via their Facebook page during the leadup to their latest LP, Circuital (due May 31st via ATO). Get a listen to “Holdin’ On To Black Metal” here, and check out our My Morning Jacket cover story here.
