John Oates, one-half of the ’80s hit-making duo Hall & Oates, will be the next songwriter to take part in our Twitterview series this Thursday April 7th at 5 pm CST. Oates, who just hosted the second 7908 Aspen Songwriters Festival, is preparing to release Mississippi Mile, an album that promises to take him “back to his deepest influences.”

My question, will you ever record any of those songs you provided for the 25th anniversary SI Swimsuit Video? My fav was “Evening Star” and would love to be able to own that on cd.
