Sessions: Honeyhoney

Honeyhoney, the latest band signed to Lost Highway Records, stopped by our offices recently to play a few songs from their new album Billy Jack. The charming duo of Suzanne Santo and Ben Jaffe treated us to three tunes, including a rousing cover of “Lost Highway,” the country classic written by Leon Payne and popularized by Hank Williams a year later.

The band left us wanting more, so we caught their show later that night in Nashville, which proved to be a raucous affair. Click on the links below to watch their American Songwriter session.

“Old School Friends”

“I Don’t Mind”

“Lost Highway”

Recorded and mixed by Joseph LeMay. Video shot and edited by Ian Maravalli.
