Videos by American Songwriter

ARTIST: Onuinu

SONG: “Happy Home”

BIRTHDATE: 12/17/1986

BIRTHPLACE: Cleveland, OH

AMBITIONS: To make a living doing what I love to do and to have a discography of music I’m proud of that will inspire others.

TURN-OFFS: Rainy days, really loud people, coconuts, toe shoes (I don’t know why anyone would wear them casually) and Romantic movies.

TURN-ONS: People with a good sense of humor, spontaneity, Thai food, a good record collection, good sense of style, open mindedness.

DREAM GIG: Madison Square Garden w/ Jay-Z, Raymond Scott, Os Mutantes , and New Order

MY GO-TO FEEL-GOOD MOVIE: Friday always makes laugh and it’s nostalgic.

5 THINGS ALWAYS IN MY FRIDGE: Ketchup, Kombucha, Almond Milk, and Yogurt.

YOU KNOW YOU’RE IN LOVE WHEN: when you can’t stop thinking about it and it makes you smile.

CELEBRITY CRUSH: Scarlet Johanson

WORDS TO LIVE BY: Have fun with whatever you do and take no experience for granted.

I WROTE THIS SONG: a couple years for a holiday compilation, it’s about me going home after not seeing my friends and family for awhile and how I was hoping I would get to see everyone I wanted to.
