Billy Bragg Has The “Handyman Blues”

Need to replace a blown fuse? Don’t call Billy Bragg. His dad probably could’ve done the job, but the family line lost its handyman skills once Billy came into the picture, eager to play his guitar but totally disinterested in his father’s tool collection.

On that note, here’s Billy Bragg’s “Handyman Blues.” Starring a handful of UK comedy stars, the video shows a group of hapless dudes at a support group, conveniently located inside a hardware store. They tell their stories, cry on each other’s shoulders and learn how to operate an electric drill. Trust falls are included, too.

This one goes out to all the dads, just in time for Father’s Day.
