Singer/songwriter Jeff Tweedy is instead preparing to release his debut solo album. While no additional information on the album’s release has been given, the news comes during a string of recent solo shows, which were apparently building to this.

Tweedy has also added more shows to the now 16-date tour, which will run through June and July and feature Tweedy playing solo acoustic renditions of Wilco and Uncle Tupelo songs, as well as performing new material with his band.
