Watch Shakey Graves Perform “Tomorrow” In An Airstream Trailer

Videos by American Songwriter

Epitomizing Austin’s signature mix of weird and cool, On-Airstreaming offers a uniquely intimate experience for music lovers to watch their favorite artists perform stripped-down versions of their songs from the inside of an Airstream trailer.

On-Airstreaming has hosted a slew of full bands and solo singer-songwriters in their silver road wagon, including Delta Spirit, Tokyo Police Club, Cold War Kids, The Civil Wars, and many up-and-coming artists across various genres.

This week’s guest was one-man band Shakey Graves (aka Alejandro Rose-Garcia), who managed to play tambourine, drums, and guitar while his voice alternated between soulful raspiness and soaring falsetto without a single hiccup before his live audience. Check out this native Austinite’s performance of “Tomorrow” from his upcoming sophomore album to see why the Mayor of Austin recently named February 9th “Shakey Graves Day.”
