The event will continue the legacy of the store’s 2009 festival, Transfiguration I, and include performances by The Clean, Lee Fields & The Expressions, Mudhoney, Michael Hurley, Sonny & The Sunsets, Moon Duo, Angel Olsen, Mount Eerie, Endless Boogie, Reigning Sound, The Sadies, Steve Gunn, Bassholes, Hiss Golden Messenger, Disappears, Kevin Morby, Quilt, Sir Richard Bishop, Pete Swanson, William Tyler, Fountainsun, Wooden Wand, EDJ, Bitchin Bajas, Axxa/Abraxas, Container, Profligate, Dylan Golden Aycock, and Nest Egg.

Harvest Records owners Matt Schnable and Mark Capon claim that “Since our college days together, the idea was consistent: Open a record shop, yes, of course . . . but don’t let it stop there. Create a space dedicated to the discovery of music, the exchange of ideas, a place for broader discussions about community.” Transfigurations II will celebrate the success of Capon and Schnable’s vision and a full decade of the store’s flourishing and carefully crafted community.
