CURRENT LOCATION: Denver, CO

AMBITIONS:Ā  Starting my own non-profit through my music career.

TURN-ONS: Hooded sweatshirts and iced coffee

DREAM GIG: Headlining Red Rocks Amphitheatre!

FAVORITE LYRIC: “And the moon rose over an open field” (Paul Simon, America)

CRAZIEST PERSON I KNOW: My four year old niece, Leyla.Ā  She’s certifiably nuts (as she should be at age four!) and I love it.Ā  I love her to pieces.

SONG I WISH I WROTE:. Ā  All You Need Is Love.

5 PEOPLE Iā€™D MOST LIKE TO HAVE DINNER WITH: Robert Plant, Jimmy Page, John Bonham, John Paul Jones (Yes, I’m still on a Led Zeppelin spotify binge).

MY FAVORITE CONCERT EXPERIENCE: My first concert – Rusted Root in 1996 (age 13) at The Paramount Theatre in Denver, CO.Ā  It can take music a long time to get in before it comes out.Ā  I have to cite my first concert as my favorite experience.Ā  I will never forget how that crowd danced.Ā  I’m pretty sure traumatized me in middle school ;).

I WROTE THIS SONG: I came up with the guitar riff in my college apartment.Ā  We had a huge bathroom with a giant mirror (where I practiced incessantly). Ā  I came up with the opening riff, but I played it FAST! Ā  Years later, I took that old riff out and slowed it way down so i had a chance of singing over it.Ā  The song is written for my parents who were a little worried about me doing music at the time.
