Ryan Adams To Release Self-Titled Album This Fall

Ryan Adams will release a new studio album, the self-titled Ryan Adams, on September 9 via Pax Am/Blue Note. The album will be the singer-songwriter’s first full-length release since 2011’s Ashes and Fire, and will be preceded by a series of 7″ Pax Am vinyl releases debuting on July 1. The vinyl releases will include songs such as “Total Knockout” and album opener “Gimme Something Good.”

Ryan Adams was produced by Adams at Pax Am Studios in Los Angeles. 

Fans who pre-order the album at iTunes and Amazon will get an instant free download of “Gimme Something Good,” which has become the first 7” single to reach #1 at Amazon.com’s music store.

Preparing for  the album’s release, Adams will be doing back-to-back performances at the Newport Folk Festival on July 25 and the XPoNential Music Festival in Camden, New Jersey on July 26. Check out the tour dates and track listing below.
