Calling all country fans: Nashville’s Cheekwood Gardens is hosting its first ever Songwriters Under the Stars night, a writer’s round featuring performances by award-winning writers Jessi Alexander, Brett James and Kyle Jacobs. The three writers have penned hits for artists like Garth Brooks, Kenny Chesney, Blake Shelton, Tim McGraw, Carrie Underwood and George Strait. Backed by the Nashville Studio Symphony, the songwriters will play their biggest hits and tell the stories behind some of those chart-topping songs.
