“Many of the songs off the new record haven’t been performed much,” says vocalist and guitarist Ben Jaffe. “We wanted to nab a version of us playing the song in a pretty raw state — a jumping off point before we really start touring. Shooting it in our friend Jim’s beautiful house, under the watchful eye of our mascot stag Cathy, helped us feel comfortable.”
3 will be released on June 9. It was produced by Dave Cobb (Sturgill Simpson, Jason Isbell, Chris Stapleton).
