To celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Grateful Dead, four members of the original core – Mickey Hart, Bill Kreutzmann, Phil Lesh, and Bob Weir – will reunite at Chicago’s Soldier Field for their last-ever performance together. Fare Thee Well will occur over three nights, July 3, 4, and 5. The four will be joined by Trey Anastasio (Phish), Jeff Chimenti (RatDog), and Bruce Hornsby, performing two sets each night, nearly 20 years to the day of the last ever Grateful Dead concert with Jerry Garcia.

The official recordings of Fare Thee Well will be available on Blu-ray, DVD, CD, and digital download on November 20th. The dead.net versions will also feature an exclusive bonus disc featuring behind-the-scenes content captured by Justin Kreutzmann. Included on the disc will be footage from the Grateful Dead ticketing office documenting the 350,000 plus tickets requests received for the shows, vignettes from the parking lot at Soldier Field and backstage material from the shows themselves.
